  • Assist in managing reservations and waitlists
  • Maintain a clean and organized lobby area
  • Answer phone calls and assist with inquiries
  • Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
  • Provide guests with menus and inform them of daily specials

Experience:

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with guests
  • Strong phone etiquette skills
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fastpaced environment
  • Experience in a hotel or restaurant setting is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional guest services
