Job Description


As a Marketing Coordinator at GAV MGMT, you will play a key role in managing showroom activities and coordinating events with manufacturers.

You will be responsible for creating and managing the company's image through various marketing channels, including social media, website, Google, LinkedIn, and other outbound marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage showroom activities, ensuring a professional and engaging environment for clients and partners.
  • Coordinate and execute events with manufacturers, including product demonstrations, training sessions, and industry networking events.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance GAV MGMT's brand presence and visibility across various channels.
  • Create, curate, and manage content for social media platforms, website, Google, LinkedIn, and other marketing channels.
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data to optimize strategies and achieve marketing goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing materials.
  • Maintain uptodate knowledge of industry trends and best practices to keep GAV MGMT at the forefront of the AV industry.
  • Coordinate the production of marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and promotional materials.
  • Support the sales team with marketing initiatives, including lead generation and client engagement activities.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to ensure highquality deliverables and successful project execution.
Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in marketing coordination, preferably within the AV/IT industry or a related sector.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools, including social media, SEO, content marketing, and email campaigns.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and presentations.
  • Proficiency in using marketing software and tools, such as Google Analytics, social media management platforms, and CRM systems.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.
  • Enthusiastic and proactive approach, with a passion for marketing and brand management.
