Summary:

As an Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Connected Vehicles team. You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy in the day-to-day tasks as well as daily reports.

As a key member of the CV Team, you will be supporting our shared goal of creating meaningful value for our people.

Job Duties:

  • Administer and manage inbound/outbound mail, including priority post, packages, courier services, and other correspondence
  • Facilitate customer orders and followthrough, daily, weekly, monthly
  • Coordinate packing, shipping product on a daily, weekly basis
  • Scanning documents
  • CRM experience preferred
  • Other related duties as assigned
