Job Description

BMO is currently sourcing for a Procurement Analyst position on a 6 - month contract.

This line of business is responsible for strategic sourcing of suppliers (onboarding, vetting), supplier risk management and transactional procurement (purchasing/buying). The selected candidate will be joining a team within Procurement that manages 3 functions: supplier risk management process support via Coupa Risk Assess (reactive activities), concierge/VIP end to end process services for Supplier Risk Management (proactive activities) and the contract management office (CMO) accountable for the end to end contract process leveraging a contract lifecycle management platform (Coupa CLMA). The team works closely together providing cross-functional support. The selected candidate will start by supporting one of these functions and will likely move into a broader accountability to support cross-functional tasks.

• Perform and complete system tasks as needed

• Supplemental help to other team accountabilities as require
