Reporting to the Associate VP, Capital Markets, the Senior Associate/Associate role is a licensed Dealing Representative and responsible for developing new private client business.

You will be primarily responsible for developing new private client business from the investing public.

Assist the Associate VP in developing a pipeline of business through various sourcesGain a strong understanding of sales strategies, processes and how to achieve strong sales results and, in time, put these skills into practiceWork with the Associate VP to identify opportunities to grow and advance the businessUnderstanding client needs & objectives and transitioning them to the firm's solutions and productsAchieving monthly and annual sales targetsDeveloping an excellent understanding of approved investment productsAssisting with client inquiries, investment sales and other duties as assignedParticipating at corporate events as required.

Excellent sales and networking skills.

Have a strong understanding of the investment world (registered account types, mutual funds etc.)High performance standards and ability to put the time in to achieve resultsAn entrepreneurial spirit and desire to work hard and consistently improveDesire to bring credible, proven, long term wealth solutions to clients.
