About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Global Operations and Business Services team as a Capital Markets Operations Specialist. This role will be responsible for managing the cash management of TD Securities' external Trading bank accounts, intraday liquidity management operations, and determining TD Securities' internal funding requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Determine daily internal funding requirements for various Capital Market businesses/products within TDS, including Corporate Lending, International Fixed Income, Equity Derivatives, Structured Products Group, and Interest Rate Derivatives.
  • Monitor account balances by automated Intraday Liquidity Tool (IDL) alert notification.
  • Investigate exceptional account balances using Intraday Liquidity Tool (IDL) real-time reconciliation.
  • Contribute to a continuous improvement culture across Global Operations by identifying opportunities for process improvements and developing business requirements.
  • Manage change and deal with ambiguity effectively in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Identify, understand, and manage risk appropriately.
Requirements
  • Undergraduate degree in Business, Mathematics, Statistics, or other discipline.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with programming languages is considered an asset.
  • 5 years of progressive Capital Market experience at a financial institution.
