Summary:

Bell is looking for a Specialist, Sales Training and Distribution in order to facilitate training in several retail banners.

The Specialist, Sales Training and Distribution will hold in class sessions as well as facilitate training in store and online in order to provide support and coaching.

The position will require employees that are flexible in hours of operation and are willing to put the time into the job to provide our customers with top quality service.


Job duties / Accountabilities:

  • Consistently hold uptodate knowledge of all BRS Products and services, pricing and offers, systems and processes for both Retail channels
  • Deliver training to new and existing Bell Stores, The Source & Glentel
  • Collaborate with Stores, Dealers and Sales and Marketing teams to provide the best In Store training experience; this would be the desired end state, with key emphasis on the design of the training materials
  • Monitor and evaluate quality standards within the Retail Channels
  • Regularly audit internal and vendor processes to ensure adherence to channel expectations
  • Develop strong partnership with the business partners in order to develop a solid understanding of the business; seeks to understand business trends so that effective recommendations on training design correspond with business direction
  • Recommends evaluation criteria and measures
  • Facilitate training during various store meetings, inclass sessions and onetoone sessions
  • Tracking sales results based on previous store visits to gauge personal achievement
  • Developing post mortems to share with Senior management relating to hype activities, offers or sales programs
  • Ad hoc requests where required

Critical Qualifications/Competencies:

  • Must have a valid driver license and vehicle
  • Strong leadership, training and coaching skills
  • The ability to effectively handle multiple, high priority tasks, at the same time


PC Proficient
  • MS Suite Office
  • Sales experience is considered an asset
  • Telecommunications industry experience is an asset
  • Bilingualism required: you will be required to interact with French & English speaking stakeholders across Canada
