Education:

A degree from a recognized post-secondary institution with acceptable specialization in human resources management, industrial or labor relations, psychology, public or business administration, organizational development, education, science social studies, sociology or any other field relevant to the work to be performed.

Experience:

• Experience interpreting policies and directives to analyze complex human resource issues and provide recommendations to clients.


• Experience in the development or implementation of human resources projects, plans, initiatives, programs or strategies.


• Experience in conducting research, analyzing information, and providing recommendations to management, stakeholders, or partners on human resources issues.


• Experience handling employee/Labour relations matters.
