About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Financial Advisor to join our Business Banking Centre in Sudbury. As a Senior Financial Advisor, you will play a key role in building and maintaining relationships with our business customers, providing them with expert financial advice and guidance to help them achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans for business customers, taking a holistic approach to meet their financial needs.
  • Deliver against individual and team sales goals, focusing on providing a positive customer experience and driving business growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with business customers, understanding their financial needs and providing tailored financial solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and economic conditions, using this knowledge to provide expert advice and guidance to customers.
  • Work collaboratively with other teams, such as Wealth Management and Private Banking, to provide a seamless customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of financial products and services, including day-to-day banking, investments, and borrowing solutions.
  • Hold a Mutual Funds license and completed CIFP Diploma.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
