We are currently seeking an HR Advisor for our education client located in Toronto. This is a temporary to permanent position that requires a fully on site work model. The Human Resources Advisor will offer comprehensive HR support across various functions. This role will involve handling talent acquisition, onboarding, compensation and benefits, policy updates, learning and development, as well as health and wellness initiatives. The HR Advisor will work closely with the Director of Human Resources to ensure the effective delivery of these services.Key Responsibilities:Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including crafting job postings, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, performing reference checks, and preparing employment offers. Develop innovative strategies to attract a diverse range of candidates aligned with our organizational goals and values.Workforce Planning and Onboarding: Collaborate with business leaders on workforce planning efforts and oversee the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition and integration into the organization.HR Systems and Compliance: Maintain and update HR information systems, ensuring the accuracy of employee records.
