Job Title
Bilingual Intake Coordinator

  • Accountable for correctly marking up all new claims which includes verifying coverage and identifying common claimants within the established SLA:
  • Lines of business include ID, STD, LTD, Waivers, Secured Client, Incomplete Claims, Life and Specialty claim mark-up
  • Precisely code data in multiple systems and data bases within service standards
Accurately processing special handling of Large Case Groups within established SLA and following exceptions and instructions
Responsible for vetting, processing, investigating and/or setting tasks for all new mail in the Intake Mailbox within established SLA
Follow the Anti Money Laundering process

Job Summary
Performs general insurance financial accounting activities; provides support and problem resolution for insurance policy inquiries.

Applies experience and complete working knowledge of the job and policies/practices to perform a combination of routine tasks and varied administrative/operational assignments.
