About you:

Looking for an independent worker who requires little direction and loves working under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Someone who is extremely organized and loves helping the regional support team stay organized. You should be able to effectively multi-task, problem solve, and have the ability to prioritize your workload.

Position Description:

  • Prepare and followup with various correspondence
  • Scheduling and coordinating calendar appointments
  • Maintains an ongoing awareness of the VP Operations' goals and objectives, issues requiring resolution, tracking priorities and followup actions requiring immediate attention
  • Prioritize & manage multiple projects simultaneously, and follow through to completion
  • Assist with reviewing documents & reports and follow up with outside parties as required
  • Drawing up and comprehensively managing expense accounts
  • Prepare meeting agendas and prepare minutes from meetings
  • Assure discreet handling of all company business
  • Prepare and follow through with regional team travel arrangements
  • Initiate, monitor and provide analytical support for efficiency and process improvement initiatives
  • Develop, updates, and implements policies, processes, and goals


Predict needs
  • As our regional team members are juggling many things, they will need you to be ahead of the curve. If they are heading into a meeting, you'll be the person who has all the documents ready so they can join prepared and with confidence

Summary of Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience supporting at a senior management/executive level
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook & SharePoint
  • Upbeat, positive, outgoing, personable, and able to relate well with diverse groups
  • Demonstrated commitment to completion of projects on a timely basis
  • Excellent verbal, written and keyboard skills and organizational skills
  • Expertlevel written and verbal communication
  • Experience in either Real Estate, Finance, Construction, Property Management Leasing, or Marketing environment is a major asset
