Assist the Divisional Controller in the assessment of company performance by study and analysis of financial and operational data. To act as a catalyst in the continuous improvement process by supplying analytical support to the operational areas

Responsibilities:

  • Assists with analysis and adjustments of Month-end closing financial statements.
  • Preparation and follow-up of Weekly Detailed PPV Analysis.
  • Preparation and follow up of Variance analysis.
  • Product costing within MRP environment.
  • Gross margin analysis and Reporting.
  • All monthly management report on variances.
  • Budgeted cost maintenance on invoicing system.
  • ABC analysis & Budget Costing Preparation annually.
  • Adopt and practice Kaizen Principles and Concepts
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Work in compliance and conform to all established standards.

Requirements:

  • Within two years of completion of a recognized accounting designation (CMA, CGA, CA, CPA)
  • Minimum of three years accounting experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Computer literacy, and working knowledge of spreadsheet databases and experience working with a menu driven acct. package.
  • Ability to successfully interact with all levels of employees in a multicultural environment.
  • Ability to read, write and speak English.
