COMPANY OVERVIEW
We are an established Managed Service Provider (MSP) in the I.T. space, serving clients at a fixed monthly rate.

Our clients are all small to mid-size businesses such as accountants, greenhouses, engineering firms, not for profits, as well as larger companies including manufacturing plants.

This role will involve extensive use of the internet and requires someone comfortable navigating the online world as well as someone who has great telephone manners.

They will work hand in hand with the Leadership team to understand tasks and to-do's that need to be accomplished as well as reporting numbers that help department leaders understand whether items are moving forward in the way that is needed.

The person that will be successful in this role will have strong organizational skills in, strong initiative and be able to work autonomously - keeping to assigned tasks and reporting efficiently the status of work assigned.

This role will be a full-time position with the ability to grow within the company and role should the person possess an aptitude for sales.

This position is an in-office position within our Fonthill office.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Creating spreadsheets, managing databases, preparing presentations.
  • Finding receipts, preparing and/or editing documents, such as expense reports, memos, and invoices.
  • Assistance with management of our HRIS.
  • Gathering details for employee efficiency and policy adherence to report to Managers.
  • Clear communication skills coupled with an excellent telephone manner.
  • Ability to manage the schedule and travel for the executive team.
  • Great organizational skills with ability to take tasks as they come.
  • Take calls from prospective clients and make sure that necessary response times are met.
  • Take dictation and minutes and accurately enter data.

Requirements and skills

  • Proven experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant, Senior Executive Assistant or in other secretarial position appreciated.
  • Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Proficiency in English
  • Exemplary planning and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
  • High level verbal and written communications skills
  • Discretion and confidentiality
  • High School degree: additional qualification as working with an executive team or a College degree would be considered an advantage.
