**JOB OVERVIEW**

**REPORTS TO**:
Executive Director

The Sales Transition Specialist reports to the Executive Director of the residence with guidance from the Executive Director and Sales Consultant. Responsible for providing support to the Sales Consultant in the leasing of the rental suites to maintain optimal occupancy levels in the retirement residence. Assists in maintaining a safe and secure environment for residents, visitors and other staff members. All duties are performed in the best interest of the residents and their families, and in accordance with Spring Living’s vision, mission and values statements.

**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Resident Relations**:

- Ensures resident satisfaction throughout the move in process along with the leadership team.
- Responds to resident or family member concerns and ensures appropriate action is taken within decision-making authority and/or brings to the attention of the Sales Consultant and ED.

**Administrative**:

- Printing and coordinating all marketing materials (brochures, posters etc).
- Generating lease documentation, and lease signing for new and existing residents.
- Providing the Sales Consultant with all necessary information on requests for internal moves.
- Assisting in the coordination of Health Assessments.
- Coordinating internal moves between care areas (tours, physician documentation, etc.)
- Maintenance and follow up of leads and prospects in data base.
- Responding to HubSpot leads in a timely manner.
- Tracking and responding to any new inquiries.
- Responding to call ins throughout the day.

**Marketing & Occupancy**:
**Sales**:

- Tracks sales activity in CRM database and analyzes reports to identify sales trends specific to the community and residence.
- Assisting with walk in tours.
- Conducting discovery - please add the discovery process that exists in the SC job description.
- Booking and conducting tours - please add SC tour piece
- Working with various departments to prepare outreach materials (goodies etc.)
- Support leasing of available suites with the goal to achieve 100% occupancy.
- Identifies sales trends specific to the community and residence.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Experience in marketing and/or customer service.
- Experience working with seniors.
- Grade 12 Diploma or equivalent.
- Post secondary education in a related field is considered an asset.
- Empathetic and caring interpersonal customer service skills.
- Ability to multi-task, network and promote services.
- Effective communication skills (written and verbal).
- Knowledge of the community and surrounding areas.
- Computer literate with knowledge of related software programs.
- Valid provincial driver’s licence required and access to a vehicle.
- Wears personal protective equipment (or clothing) as required by task, MSDS, or residence policy.
- Criminal Records Check and Vulnerable Persons Check required.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Fixed term contract

**Experience**:
