**The Opportunity**
In this role, reporting directly to Principal Broker you will be responsible for organizing administrative efforts across multiple locations, while ensuring that in-office events are run seamlessly and efficiently.
**Primary Responsibilities**
- Lead company-wide events on behalf of the leadership team
- Lead in-house initiatives to contribute to a positive workplace for team members with a focus on building and supporting organizational culture
- Support and assist with strategic focus groups as needed
- Lead internal employee appreciation and reward initiatives
- Organizing, ordering and supplying of office supplies for multiple sites and ensuring needed items are replenished and inventoried on a consistent basis
- Organizing items for raffles, donations requested by external parties/partners and by principals of company
- Organizing and setting up for company events and initiatives both in office and off site
- Completion and review of reports and analytics of company performance
- Organizing company meetings, including room bookings, note taking and agenda development
- Other duties as assigned by the principals of the company
- Demonstrates a high degree of professionalism and integrity, with effective communication skills
- Works well within a team and independently
- Embodies great people skills to support overall team performance - patient, enthusiastic, and dedicated professional who leads by example
- Is detail-oriented, organized and accurate
**Qualifications Required**
- Completion of a post-secondary administrative program is preferable
- 1-3 years of experience in a multi-site, administrative role preferred
- Proficient in computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong written, oral and interpersonal skills
Ability to work during operational hours at any one of our various locations
