Description de l'emploi:

Duties and Responsibilities:
The Head of Strategy is supporting the Brand President in monitoring and managing the performance of the company.

Supportive role includes but is not limited to:

Develops the organisation's strategic plan(s) to ensure its continued successful growth and profitability:

Conducts environmental scans, organisational positioning analyses and other studies:

Coordinates input from all major business units to facilitate the integration of individual business unit plans with the corporate plan:

May conduct or facilitate periodic reviews of achievements and performance vs

strategic plans:

KSAs: Generally oversees the work of at least two (2) professional (exempt) individual contributors or supervisors in the tactical execution of a department of sub-department goals

Receives assignments in the form of objectives and determines how to use resources to meet schedules and goals

Provides guidance to subordinates within the latitude of established company policies

Recommends changes to policies and establishes procedures that affect immediate organisation(s)

Works on issues of diverse scope where analysis of situation or data requires evaluation of a variety of factors, including an understanding of current business trends

Follows processes and operational policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions

Acts as advisor to subordinates to meet schedules and/or resolve technical problems

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

University degree in Strategy, Marketing or Administration:

Fully Bilingual French and English:

Extensive Financial analytical skills:
