ROLE OVERVIEW
As the Head of Investor Relations, reporting directly to the Vice President of Investor Relations and Treasury, you will play a vital role in leading the formulation and implementation of comprehensive strategies aimed at nurturing and enhancing investor relationships.
Your responsibilities will include shaping the narrative through effective communication, insightful analysis of financial outcomes, and the careful preparation of presentation materials designed for both internal stakeholders and the external investment community.
In this role, you will conduct detailed analyses, address intricate investor inquiries, and provide strategic insights that align with the company's financial objectives.
You are expected to demonstrate outstanding leadership in building strong relationships and maintaining clear, consistent communication with diverse stakeholders across all organizational levels.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Cultivating and sustaining relationships with shareholders, prospective investors, and financial analysts. This includes organizing, participating in, and contributing to roadshows, investor conferences, one-on-one meetings, and conference calls.
2. Developing and executing a comprehensive investor relations strategy and narrative that aligns with the company's financial and strategic objectives. This encompasses crafting messages for earnings calls, annual reports, investor presentations, and addressing inquiries from the investment community.
3. Leading the quarterly reporting process and managing the logistics of conference calls, including the speeches of senior management and the materials required for these calls.
4. Collaborating closely with the finance department to accurately present the company's financial performance. This includes preparing quarterly earnings releases, annual reports, and other financial disclosures.
5. Monitoring and analyzing market trends, peer performance, and investor perceptions to provide insights to senior management. This includes tracking stock performance, trading volumes, and shareholder base composition.
6. Acting as a conduit for investor feedback to senior management, offering insights into investor concerns, questions, and perceptions.
7. Staying informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in investor relations to continually enhance the function.
8. Traveling with management as necessary for conferences or meetings.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for a candidate who meets the following criteria:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Public Relations, Finance, or related fields.
- CFA, CPA, MBA, or a Master's degree in a financial discipline would be advantageous.
Experience:
- Over 10 years of experience in investor relations, communications, sales or buyer research, investment banking, capital markets, or corporate finance, ideally within a public company or consulting firm.
- Experience working directly with senior executives and senior investment professionals.
- Proven experience in engaging with analysts, investors, and the media.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Windows environment, particularly PowerPoint and Excel, for advanced data analysis and professional-grade presentation creation.
- Highly developed analytical skills, combined with exceptional writing ability, and a deep understanding of financial research reports, enabling the conversion of complex data into actionable business insights.
- Proficient in advanced financial tools such as Bloomberg and Nasdaq IR Insight, with the ability to leverage these resources for strategic decision-making and investor relations.
- Outstanding communication skills, both oral and written, with a demonstrated ability to effectively engage, influence, and manage relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, including senior executives, team members, and external partners.
- Proven ability to provide strategic direction, clear and concise instructions, and the capacity to constructively integrate stakeholder feedback into decision-making processes.
- Demonstrated skill in managing multiple complex projects, showcasing initiative and proactive leadership in a dynamic business environment.
- Exceptionally organized and professional, with a meticulous approach to project and team management, ensuring operational excellence across functions.

Language Skills:
