Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Woodworker to join our team.

As a Woodworker, you will be responsible for crafting and creating various wooden products using a variety of tools and techniques.

This is a hands-on role that requires precision, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of woodworking principles.

Responsibilities:

  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements
  • Operate woodworking machinery and power tools such as saws, sanders, drills, and lathes
  • Cut, shape, and assemble wood pieces according to specifications
  • Sand and finish completed products to ensure smooth surfaces
  • Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient production processes
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area

Skills:

  • Proficient in woodworking techniques including cutting, shaping, and assembling wood pieces
  • Knowledge of various woodworking tools and machinery
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
  • Familiarity with programming CNC machines (Fanuc) is a plus
  • Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles
  • Basic math skills for measuring and calculating dimensions
  • Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting machinery issues
  • Experience with SolidWorks or other CAD software is preferred
  • Ability to weld or fabricate metal components is a plus
We offer competitive pay based on experience.

Salary:
$20.00-$30.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

  • Wood machinist: 1 year (preferred)
  • Woodworking: 1 year (preferred)
