We have an OUTSTANDING opportunity in our
Mississauga, Ontario location for an Inside Sales Associate. This person is the smiling face that greets our customers both on the phone and at the front counter, Monday - Friday (8a.m. - 5p.m.) No two days are alike - you'll be working both at the front counter, and on the phones, in inside sales.


You are not an order taker, you're an order MAKER - you are building relationships with our clients, asking the questions to get to better understand and know our clients, introducing new products, mentioning value, and adding additional contacts within existing accounts that could lead to developing new accounts or to further assist them in other areas of their business.


Requirements:

We are looking for someone who is high-energy, motivated, and enjoys being customer-facing. Strong attention to detail is necessary in this position. This position also requires a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and computer skills. Must have exceptional communication skills, Diligent In following up on new business. Closing sales and achieving sales targets. Understanding customer needs and identifying sales opportunities.
