Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced CNC Machinist to join our team. As a Machinist, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various machines to produce precision parts and components. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

**Responsibilities**:

- Set up and operate machines such as lathes, milling machines, and grinders
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine machining operations
- Program machines using CNC (Computer Numerical Control) software
- Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and accuracy of parts
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance
- Inspect finished parts for defects and make necessary adjustments
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve processes

**Experience**:
To be successful in this role, you should have the following experience and skills:

- Previous experience as a Machinist or in a similar role
- Proficiency in machining techniques and processes
- Familiarity with operating forklifts for material handling
- Knowledge of programming CNC machines, particularly Mazatrol controls
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of power tools
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Familiarity with Fanuc controls is a plus
