Here is how you will be involved
- Be responsible for the financial followup of a portfolio of projects: budget, financial forecasting, time sheet followup, expense tracking, etc.
- Make financial projections
- Produce, interpret and present financial reports to managers
- Create and implement financial monitoring tools
- Update financial and operational spreadsheets
- Be responsible for invoicing
- Receive and manage staffing requests for projects (IT)
- Follow up on staffing needs until the PO is obtained
- Perform all related administrative tasks
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology or another relevant field.
- 2 to 3 years' experience in a similar role
- Experience with project methodologies
- Excellent command of Excel, MS Project, and PowerPoint
- Professionalism and attention to detail
- A high degree of autonomy and adaptability
- Good analytical skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Bilingualism in French and English is required, as you will be working with resources outside Quebec
