  • Generate and deliver precise financial reports in a timely manner.
  • Guarantee compliance with accounting principles such as GAAP and IFRS.
  • Facilitate the audit process by managing external auditor relationships.
  • Direct the annual budgeting cycle and formulate financial projections.
  • Assess and interpret financial performance in relation to budgetary expectations.
  • Conduct variance analysis and propose necessary corrective measures.
  • Establish and enforce effective internal control mechanisms.
  • Offer financial insights to aid in strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership on long-term financial strategies.
  • Analyze investment prospects and perform financial due diligence.

Key Competencies:
Proficiency in financial statements, reporting, general ledger management, budgeting, forecasting, and reconciliation.

Qualifications:

  • CPA certification or equivalent, with a minimum of 3-5 years in a similar capacity.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience within the manufacturing sector.
  • Experience managing multi-company and intercompany financial operations.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and Business Intelligence tools.
  • Strong technical accounting knowledge.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
