Position Overview:
The Financial Controller will oversee all facets of financial reporting, regulatory compliance, internal controls, and strategic financial planning to facilitate the company's expansion and operational effectiveness.

  • Generate and deliver precise and timely financial reports.
  • Guarantee adherence to GAAP, IFRS, and other pertinent accounting regulations.
  • Manage interactions with external auditors and supervise the audit process.
  • Direct the annual budgeting cycle and create financial projections.
  • Assess and interpret financial performance relative to budget and forecasts.
  • Offer variance analysis and suggest corrective measures as necessary.
  • Establish and execute strong internal control frameworks.
  • Deliver financial insights and analyses to aid strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership on long-term financial strategies.
  • Assess investment prospects and perform financial due diligence.

Required Skills:
Financial statements, Financial reporting, General ledger management, Budgeting, Forecasting, IFRS compliance, Month-end closing, Journal entries, Reconciliation.

Additional Qualifications:

  • CPA certification or equivalent, along with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a Controller role.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in the manufacturing sector.
  • Experience with multi-entity and intercompany transactions.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Advanced Excel and Business Intelligence tools).
  • Strong technical accounting knowledge.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
