Le candidat idéal sera responsable de la gestion des horaires, de la planification de la main-d'œuvre, de la vérification des vacances et de la production de rapports de productivité et d'absence.
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Distribution Center Assistant to assist in the administrative tasks for our three distribution centers located in Montreal (MTL), Vancouver (VAN), and Edmonton (EDM). The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining schedules, planning manpower, auditing vacations, and generating productivity and absence reports.
Responsibilities
Aider dans les tâches administratives pour les trois centres de distribution (MTL, VAN, EDM) Gérer et administrer l'ordonnancement en centre de distribution, en veillant à une affectation efficace des ressources Vérifier les calendriers de vacances et s'assurer de leur conformité avec les politiques de l'entreprise Assister les superviseurs dans la préparation des rapports de productivité Compiler et analyser les données pour créer et distribuer des rapports quotidiens, hebdomadaires et mensuels précis Produire et gérer les rapports d'absence et les données connexes Assist in administrative tasks for all three distribution centers(MTL, VAN, EDM) Maintain and oversee the scheduling for distribution center operations, ensuring efficient allocation of resources. Audit vacation schedules and ensure compliance with company policies Assist the Supervisors with preparing productivity reports Compile and analyze data to create and distribute accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports. Generate and manage absence reports and related dataQualifications
Études secondaires (un atout) Maîtrise de Microsoft Excel et connaissance de Microsoft Office Capacité à prendre des initiatives et à travailler de manière indépendante Excellentes habiletés de gestion du temps et la capacité de prioriser le travail Excellent sens de l'organisation et souci du détail Fortes compétences en matière d'analyse et de résolution de problèmes À l'aise dans l'utilisation de divers logiciels Bilingue (anglais et français) Compétences de communication efficaces, tant à l'écrit qu'à l'oral High School Education (preferred) Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and knowledge of Microsoft Office Ability to take initiative and work independently Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Comfortable using various software application. Bilingual (English and French) Effective communication skills, both written and verbalEmployment Level
