**Responsibilities**:
- ISOM doit réglementer toutes les normes et procédures de l'entreprise afin de faciliter l'efficacité tout en servant les employés de TENAQUIP, et en maintenant notre technologie et nos processus de systèmes à la pointe de l'industrie. Le directeur des opérations est chargé de veiller à ce que les connaissances, les tâches et les objectifs de tous les membres soient alignés sur ces objectifs.
- Fournir des objectifs à tous les membres de l'équipe en vue d'une amélioration continue et d'une efficacité accrue;
- Élaborer des plans continus pour que l'équipe de l'exploitation et d'autres responsables de services questionnent le personnel du domaine de l'utilisation fonctionnelle étudiée afin de connaître l'objectif général des systèmes et les besoins d'information des postes impliqués dans le flux de données. Diriger et encadrer ces initiatives;
- Gérer et améliorer l'entreprise par l'utilisation et le développement de son système ERP (Infor Distribution Sxe/Cloudsuite Distribution) et de son système de rapport (Tableau);
- Fournir des conseils sur des vulnérabilités de Sxe d'Infor Distribution/Cloudsuite Distribution afin de contribuer à l'élaboration de normes et de procédures de sécurité qui soutiennent les objectifs opérationnels;
- Élaborer et faciliter la résolution de problèmes et augmenter l'efficacité de l'espace de travail grâce à l'amélioration des systèmes informatiques;
- Documenter, recommander et implémenter des mesures correctives si nécessaire.
- Effectuer des tâches connexes afin de répondre aux besoins en constante évolution de l'entreprise.

ISOM’s department must regulate all company standards and procedures in order to better facilitate efficiency while serving TENAQUIP’s employees and maintaining our industry leading technology and systems processes. The operations manager is responsible for making sure all members’ knowledge, tasks, and goals are aligned with these objectives.
- Provide objectives and goal to all team members for continuous improvement and increased efficiency and effectiveness;
- Develop continuous plans for operations team and other department managers to interview personnel from functional user area under study to learn general purpose of systems and information requirements of positions involved in the data flow. Lead and mentor these initiatives;
- Manage and improve the business through the use and development of its ERP system (Infor Distribution Sxe/Cloudsuite Distribution) and reporting system (Tableau);
- Provide guidance on Infor Distribution Sxe/Cloudsuite Distribution vulnerability assessments to help the organization develop security standards and procedures that support operational objectives;
- Manage and assist in solving problems and increase workplace efficiencies through the enhancement of information systems;
