**Responsibilities**:

- Aider dans les tâches administratives pour les trois centres de distribution (MTL, VAN, EDM)
- Gérer et administrer l'ordonnancement en centre de distribution, en veillant à une affectation efficace des ressources
- Vérifier les calendriers de vacances et s'assurer de leur conformité avec les politiques de l'entreprise
- Assister les superviseurs dans la préparation des rapports de productivité
- Compiler et analyser les données pour créer et distribuer des rapports quotidiens, hebdomadaires et mensuels précis
- Produire et gérer les rapports d'absence et les données connexes
- Assist in administrative tasks for all three distribution centers(MTL, VAN, EDM)
- Maintain and oversee the scheduling for distribution center operations, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Audit vacation schedules and ensure compliance with company policies
- Assist the Supervisors with preparing productivity reports
- Compile and analyze data to create and distribute accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Generate and manage absence reports and related data

**Qualifications**:

- Études secondaires (un atout)
- Maîtrise de Microsoft Excel et connaissance de Microsoft Office
- Capacité à prendre des initiatives et à travailler de manière indépendante
- Excellentes habiletés de gestion du temps et la capacité de prioriser le travail
- Excellent sens de l'organisation et souci du détail
- Fortes compétences en matière d'analyse et de résolution de problèmes
- À l'aise dans l'utilisation de divers logiciels
- Bilingue (anglais et français)
- Compétences de communication efficaces, tant à l'écrit qu'à l'oral
- High School Education (preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to take initiative and work independently
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bilingual (English and French)
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal

**Employment Level**:
Full-time

**Work Conditions**:

- Lundi au vendredi - 08h00 - 17h00 (40 heures)

Mon - Fri: 8:00am - 5:00pm (40hours)
