Your role on our team:


The Warranty Coordinator is responsible for providing customer service to homeowners to process all inquiries related to service, repairs, and outstanding work.


In this role, you will:

  • Check our internal portal daily to identify new items, upcoming service dates and milestones.
  • Review any emergency calls from the previous night or weekend and follow up with the homeowner and/or trades.
  • Coordinates repair appointments for our Warranty Team, Trade Partners and Homeowners, including touchpoint and milestone dates.
  • Responsible for processing all Service Tech paperwork.
  • Confirm our "scheduled today" list daily and contact all trades accordingly.
  • Process invoicing
  • Communicate our Aging Report with our Trade Partners
  • Respond to all incoming communications from our Homeowners and trade partners.
  • Order materials as instructed by Managers/Inspectors/Techs
  • Other duties within the scope, spirit, and purpose of the job, as requested by management.

We would like you to have the following:

  • High School Diploma is required, a College Diploma is an asset.
  • Relevant work experience that focuses on the experience of the customer
  • Competency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Outlook
  • Communication skills (listening, verbal and written)
  • Problem-Solving skills
  • Organizational skills, attention to detail, with a focus on Customer Experience
