Job Overview


Reporting to the Service and Warranty Manager, as the
Warranty Coordinator you will validate warranty service requests and coordinate repairs.

You also manage record keeping systems and act as the conduit between homeowners and trades.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and monitoring service requests on a weekly basis to ensure requests are processed and completed in a timely manner.
  • Validating and determining warrantable requests to coordinate repairs accordingly. Following up on work orders and processing invoices on a biweekly basis.
  • Monitor warranty expiry and send reminders to homeowners prior to expiration date.
  • Establishing, monitoring and managing project schedules, budgets, securities and cash flows.
  • Planning and managing construction and regulatory implementation program.
  • Responding to inquiries or concerns from homeowners or other departments in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Organized; you effectively manage your time while balancing multiple priorities.

Essential Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Satisfactory verification of criminal record check.
  • Comfortable using office equipment and Microsoft Office Programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint and PowerPoint).

Preferred Requirements

  • Prior working experience in residential home building construction industry is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of construction practices is an asset.

Working Conditions
You will work primarily in an office setting during regular business hours. Overtime may occasionally be required.
