Our services are delivered to over thousands of commercial and residential service addresses using Beanfield owned facilities.

Position Summary:

The Product Operations Analyst is integral to the smooth functioning of product packaging and pricing, documentation, and data analysis.

Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, they facilitate communication, gather requirements, and support decision-making to drive efficiency and success in product operations.


What will you be doing:

Product Catalog

  • Assist with maintaining the commercial and residential product and service pricing catalogue (
    internal & external):
  • Assist with product market and customer research for pricing exercises
  • Provide operational support to the sales team by promptly addressing product quoting related questions, escalating when necessary
Knowledge Base & Documentation

  • Coordinate with Product Managers to maintain the internal product reference wiki
  • Support with planning and conducting of biweekly sales and sales support product update sessions
Data Analysis

  • Assist in maintaining data driven research and analysis to support decisionmaking within the Product team
  • Conduct ad hoc report generation, analysis, and data scrubbing tasks as needed
Process & Operations

  • Participate in cross functional team meetings during product launch and enhancements, ensuring clear communication and alignment
  • Participate in rolling out residential product and pricing campaigns, by providing building and product catalog expertise
Administrative Support

  • Handle various administrative tasks, such as data entry & validation

Skills & Qualifications:

  • University Degree or College Diploma, business related programs preferred.
  • Related experience in office administration or customer service roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or G-Suite.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to multitask/prioritize work in a timely manner.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work and act independently using good judgement when assessing difficult situations.
  • Team player with superior interpersonal skills and professional demeanour.
  • Works with a high level of tact, integrity and respect.
  • Possess cultural awareness and sensitivity.
  • Demonstrate sound work ethics.
