As a Product Specialist, you will join the Product Team within BuildOps and be the expert on the Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payable modules of our Saas product, which includes integrations with popular accounting systems / ERPs.

Your deep product knowledge and keen market insights will drive product adoption, lead successful implementations, and troubleshoot customer issues among our enterprise clients.

You will collaborate closely with sales, customer success, implementation managers, and product development teams to ensure our accounting functionality and integrations exceed customer expectations.

Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge of our Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable product modules and our integration with accounting software.

Support the sales, customer success, and implementation teams with expert product demos, presentations, and troubleshooting for product-related inquiries.
Create and deliver training materials for both internal teams and customers.

3+ years as an Accountant, Business Analyst, or Implementation Consultant within a corporation, consulting firm, or value added reseller.

~ Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Computer Science, or related field.
~ Ability to translate complex technical information into user-friendly language.
~ Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and market research.
~ You have experience in and around the speciality contractor or construction world
You have experience with MySQL and API integrations
You have experience at a high growth vertical SAAS startup
Familiarity (ideally expertise) with Salesforce, JIRA, Slack, Confluence
