About the Role

You'll be working on things like:

  • Create and edit daily commercial logs, while maintaining proper break management and adhering to advertiser and station requirements
  • Log moves done to ensure both good customer service and good viewer experience
  • Log formats and daily log assembly
  • Entry of sales bookings and billings into the Traffic system
  • Inventory Management
  • Commercial material scheduling
  • Infomercial episodic scheduling
  • Verification and delivery of final schedules to Master Control
  • Ensure deadlines are met with accuracy, preserve revenue, and support all internal and external departments as required.
  • Generate various traffic related reports, on an as needed basis
  • Other duties as assigned
If you have the following we want to hear from you

  • University or College degree in broadcast media, marketing or related program
  • Fluency in French preferred, but not necessary
  • Detailoriented, accurate, and a quick learner
  • Team player, but able to work independently
  • Time management skills, ability to prioritize
  • Flexibility with working hours and approach to change
  • Cooperative and responsive in providing accurate information to everyone
  • Exceptional Customer Service and communication skills
  • Strong computer skills, particularly with MS Office
