A Sneak Peek Into Your Day- Evaluating client-specific risk exposure and defining coverage needs
- Assisting Senior Brokers with intricate, risk-managed accounts
- Creating and delivering marketing proposals for renewals and new business
- Negotiating with underwriters to determine optimal terms and conditions for premiums and coverage
- Ensuring that negotiated contract terms are met by following up with insurers
- Approving documentation for new contracts, policy adjustments, and renewals
- Establishing and nurturing relationships within the underwriting community to secure top-notch premiums and coverage for Aon clients
- Engaging in client and prospect meetings
- Working with clients to devise coverage strategies and marketing plans for renewals and potential business
- Collaborating with sales producers to aid growth strategies and targeted prospecting activities
- Participating in the development of national initiatives
- Cultivating effective relationships with colleagues and higher-level professionals internally and externally to exchange insights and offer recommendations
- Performing other relevant duties as needed

Key Skills and Qualifications for Success- 2+ years of experience in the insurance sector is preferred
- Holding a Broker license is a bonus
- Proficiency in written and verbal communication to effectively engage with clients and insurance companies
