Power H2 is a leading provider of energy solutions, and we're seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Power Delivery Sector Leader. As a key member of our Energy Business Development team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and development across North America's Power Delivery Sector.
Key Responsibilities- **Develop and Execute Business Plans**: Create and implement comprehensive annual business plans for our Power Delivery Sector, identifying key clients, revenue and sales goals, marketing strategies, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- **Identify and Pursue Key Clients**: Identify and develop relationships with key clients in the Power Delivery Sector, including electric power utilities, developers, and energy companies, to drive account management program excellence and ensure sales and growth targets are met.
- **Market Trend Analysis and Service Offerings**: Analyze market trends and identify required service offerings to drive sustained growth in the Power Delivery Sector, working closely with our business centers and Integrated Design Team to forecast demand for existing and new service offerings.
- **Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams**: Work collaboratively with regional business centers, account teams, and project teams to achieve defined operational performance metrics and drive business development pursuits.
- **Marketing and Business Development**: Develop and drive sector Marketing and Business Development (M&BD) plans, budgets, and KPIs in collaboration with BC leadership, and develop and maintain industry relationships and visibility with current and prospective clients, sub-consultants, competitor/team partners, and potential recruits.
- **Leadership and Management Experience**: Minimum 20 years of experience managing pursuits and delivery of engineering design and construction services within the Power Delivery Sector, with a broad background in power delivery, including transmission and distribution lines, system studies, substations, HVDC or EHV, and protection and controls.
- **Education and Certifications**: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering from an accredited university, and a Licensed Professional Engineer is preferred.
- **Communication and Interpersonal Skills**: Excellent English written and oral communication skills, with the ability to engage, connect, and motivate others, and empower, mentor, teach, and promote staff.
