Our dental studio manager will oversee the day to day operations and lead the studio team to deliver an exceptional performance.

This includes, but not limited to assigning tasks according to the scope of practice/job description and implementing/developing tools to ensure task completion in alignment with the studio's objectives.

It requires the ability to recognize performance gaps and opportunities for coaching or additional training, encompassing informal and formal check-ins and reviews for performance management.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure seamless operations of the practice in adherence to established standards, optimizing efficiency and effectiveness across staffing, scheduling, inventory, and enhancing member experience.
  • Oversee and elevate the member experience, collaborating closely with the studio team to surpass NPS (Net Promoter Score) and revenue objectives.
  • Propel practice productivity by setting and monitoring KPIs and performance benchmarks, making strategic adjustments in coordination with leadership.
  • Maintain a visible presence in the studio to guide and manage performance in realtime.
  • Engage with members to promptly gather feedback on their experiences and address any concerns or complaints with empathy and efficiency.
  • Spearhead the onboarding, training, and meetings for the studio team, focusing on enhancing studio performance, fostering alignment, nurturing culture, and encouraging collaboration.
  • Collaborate with the People Team in recruitment, retention strategies, and performance management initiatives.
  • Ensure strict compliance and organizational standards within the studio, conducting regular walkthroughs to promptly resolve any arising concerns.
  • Manage staff schedules meticulously to optimize the member experience, align with anticipated volumes, and achieve studio performance objectives.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Preferred Bachelor's Degree in healthcare and/or business.
  • Required minimum of 3 years' experience in building & leading teams of 8+ staff in a healthcare or hospitality setting within a highgrowth, highvolume company.
  • Demonstrated experience collaborating with care providers to enhance performance.
  • Preferred minimum of 5 years' experience in management or operations.
  • Proficiency in managing operational practices, people programs, and financial targets.
  • Strong commitment to proactive work ethic and displaying a sense of urgency.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
