Dental Office Receptionist and Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dental Office Receptionist and Administrator to join our team at White Tooth Dental. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for all visitors to our office.
Key Responsibilities- Manage patient intake and care coordination, including scheduling appointments and handling billing and insurance
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner
- Process medical billing and insurance verification, as well as handle accounts payable and receivable
- Generate financial and operational reports to support office operations
- Process payments and handle cash transactions
- Handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, prioritizing and managing time effectively
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- 1 year of experience in customer service and scheduling/receptionist roles
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in handling cash and processing payments
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
- Competitive hourly rate commensurate with experience
