The Service department is seeking a dedicated professional to cover the maternity leave of our
Service Coordinator.


The service coordinator is responsible for all things paperwork in the office and ensures the team operates smoothly alongside the service manager.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage service inbox and service phone alongside the service manager
  • Create, execute and invoice work orders
  • Track technician payroll hours and time on service jobs
  • In Shop & Mobile
  • Track service job status
  • Reach out to customers about service
  • Schedule service work with the help of the service manager
  • Quote work on machines with the help of the technicians & service manager
  • Work alongside the sales and parts teams to ensure all customer needs are met
  • Work alongside Suppliers for warranty purposes and service support
  • Coordinate shipments and associated paperwork
  • Vehicle management
  • Paperwork, service scheduling and drivers hours of service
  • Audit computer systems for accuracy
