**Service Coordinator Job Overview**:

- Customer communication: function as the main point of contact for customers addressing service inquires, resolving issues, and providing updates on service requests.
- Perform quote preparation as required.
- Opening and Closing work orders: open work orders, review their status and completion, update ERP system (Enterprise Resource Planning) with necessary information in a timely manner.
- Documentation and Reporting: maintain accurate records of service requests, including customer details, history, and job progress.
- Provide management team, operations, administrative staff, with up-to-date information.
- Uphold customer service standards and ensure that all customer service standards are met.
- Work closely with product support, service supervisors (shop & field).
- Preform warranty and administrative tasks with accuracy and in a timely manner
- Using Docuware software to post payables.

Qualifications:

- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in coordination role or customer service role is preferred.
- Flexibility and adaptability as you will be working in a dynamic and fast paced environment where priorities may change, and unexpected situation may arise. Being adaptable is important for success in this role.
- Strong computer skills including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Organization and multitasking skills: service coordinators often encounter challenges or issues that require problem-solving abilities. You should be a critical thinker, be able to analyze situations, and find appropriate solutions.
- Strong customer service orientation with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experience.
- Interpersonal Skill: in this role you will interact with a range of individuals including customers, colleagues, and cross functional team leads.
- Attention to detail: pay close attention to details to ensure accuracy in scheduling, documenting, and coordination services.
