Reporting to the Director of Retail Sales, you will take a leadership role in owning the end-to-end relationship with your customers, and will work closely with a results-focused, Canadian-based cross-functional support team.
We are looking for a team player with strong business acumen, innovative ideas, excellent communication skills, and a drive to win.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING:
- Bachelor's degree/College diploma in Business or Marketing, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of National Account Management in Retail, ideally within the Home Improvement sector
- Fully Bilingual (French/English) is an advantage
- Experience in ecommerce and omnichannel strategy
- Exceptional customercentricity and relationshipbuilding skills
- Solid understanding of sales and marketing strategies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to travel between Masco Canada locations, customers and sister companies, as required
- Strong track record of delivering breakthrough results
- Best in class analytical and forecasting ability
- Strong problemsolving skills and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done
- An interest in career progression with Masco Canada and/or Masco Corporation
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Leverage strong retail industry expertise, bringing energized and engaged leadership to a multi
- Lead the development of strategic joint business plans with your customer (setting objectives, plans, scorecarding results, and delivering quick resolution to opportunities and issues) in order to deliver against sales & profit targets
- Provide expertise on Masco, industry, and consumer trends that drive data insights to action
- Manage budgets, forecasts, analytical tools, and promotional planning for your customer
- Contribute to overall strategic planning and delivery of retail sales team objectives
- Collaborate with Masco sister companies in order to create best in class North American plans
- Work from either our Mississauga or St. Thomas, Ontario locations
