  • Posting AR and AP
  • Reconciliation of AP before posting
  • Sending invoices to customers
  • Booking shipments
  • Answering phone calls
  • Placing purchase orders
  • Dealing with vendor inquiries
  • Payroll
  • Communication of new orders with production
  • Assisting with administrative work in the office
  • Maybe asked my superiors to help with other tasks

Work Experience:

  • No work experience needed there will be training on site
  • Beneficial to have 2 years in administration role

Skills:

  • Basic skills of Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of Quickbooks
  • Customer service skills
  • English reading and writing

Education:

  • College or University Degree / Diploma in Accounting
