Collaboration and Communication:Partnering effectively with senior consultants and project teams to deliver tailored Microsoft 365 solutions for our clients. Your ability to articulate requirements, feedback, and potential solutions will be key.

Your Experience and Education:

-
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Knowledge Management & Information Management, or a related field.
-
1-2 years of professional experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience) in business analysis, project coordination, or a related role.

Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools and services, particularly pertaining to Modern Work. Previous exposure to Microsoft Viva, intranet design, and document management systems will be a plus.
-
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills , with the ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills , both written and verbal, with a flair for collaborating in a team-based environment.

A self-starter attitude with a hunger for learning and the ability to quickly adapt to new tools and technologies.
