About the Company: Join our team at a leading company providing advanced level support for Modern Workplace Cloud infrastructure. We focus on maintaining and supporting the M365 platform, along with the various applications and services within the suite.


Job Purpose:

This role involves the maintenance and support of Modern Workplace Cloud infrastructure, including services like Azure AD, email messaging, calendaring, and collaboration tools like SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and OneDrive. You will also work on project assignments related to Office 365 solutions.


Essential Functions:
  • Provide advanced support for Modern Workplace Cloud infrastructure
  • Maintain trouble ticket queue and resolve escalated issues
  • Research and troubleshoot software configurations
  • Manage relationships with external technologies
  • Ensure health management and security of M365 platform
  • Deployment and management of mobile devices and desktop configurations
  • Handle special projects as assigned

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field. Relevant certifications such as MCSE or Microsoft 365 Certified would be an asset.

Work Experience: 2 to 4 years in a related field.

Skills and Abilities:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 support and related technologies
  • Knowledge of Windows 10 and Office 365 workloads
  • Communication skills for end-user issue resolution
  • Experience with Exchange Server and Exchange Online
  • Familiarity with Mobile Device Management solutions
  • Understanding of DLP, EOP, and Microsoft Endpoint Manager
  • ITIL and ITSM knowledge would be beneficial

Supervisory Responsibility: This role oversees vendors and contractors but does not have direct reports.
