This role involves the operation of a computerized cash register in a fast-paced environment that involves constant interaction with customers.


As a CSR/Cashier, you will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment as you provide superior customer service while efficiently and correctly processing customer purchases on a computerized cash register.


Duties:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain accurate and detailed customer records in the company database
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order processing
  • Handle customer complaints and escalate issues as necessary
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their needs have been met and maintain customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
  • Previous customer service experience preferred, but not required
  • Highly approachable, customeroriented individual who thrives in offering exceptional service to customers
  • Strong belief in the Canadian Tire values
