We are currently hiring for a Customer support agent to work for a call center to support a not-for-profit organization.

This is an ongoing contract role

Salary : 17 /hr

Tentative start Date:
April 4, 2024

Hours of Operation:
Hours of Support: Monday to Friday - (7:30- 4pm CST)
Location : 550 Berry Street (free parking)

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls.
  • Investigation work on a donor's account
  • Outbound calling to follow up with inquired or declined cards.
  • Empathize with the callers and provide them with an exceptional customer service
  • Updating databases and accurately entering all the information (i.e. cc information, processing donations and more)
  • Attention to detail and accuracy is important
  • Assisting customers with any questions or concerns they may have
Qualifications

  • Must be fluent in English and French
  • Must be tech savvy and working with different computer softwares
  • Must be able to multitask in a changing environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check (We will pay for the check)
  • Customer service experience is required
  • Previous contact center experience is an asset
