We are currently hiring for a Customer support agent to work for a call center to support a not-for-profit organization.
Salary : 17 /hr
Tentative start Date:
April 4, 2024
Hours of Operation:
Hours of Support: Monday to Friday - (7:30- 4pm CST)
Location : 550 Berry Street (free parking)

- Investigation work on a donor's account
- Outbound calling to follow up with inquired or declined cards.
- Empathize with the callers and provide them with an exceptional customer service
- Updating databases and accurately entering all the information (i.e. cc information, processing donations and more)
- Attention to detail and accuracy is important
- Assisting customers with any questions or concerns they may have
- Must be fluent in English and French
- Must be tech savvy and working with different computer softwares
- Must be able to multitask in a changing environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check (We will pay for the check)
- Customer service experience is required
- Previous contact center experience is an asset
