We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Specialist (Facilitator) to enhance the experience of passengers at airport security.

This role is ideal for individuals who are committed to delivering outstanding customer service and possess fluency in both English and French. As a vital member of our team, you will ensure that travelers have a seamless experience during the security screening process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide passengers through the security screening process
  • Effectively communicate CATSA Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in both English and French
  • Assist passengers with special requirements
  • Facilitate the screening process for individuals carrying sacred items
  • Work collaboratively with screening officers and management to provide exceptional service
  • Encourage diversity and promote cultural sensitivity

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service role
  • Fluency in both French and English
  • Ability to perform under pressure
  • Strong communication and empathy skills
  • Knowledge of accessibility regulations and principles of diversity
  • Physically capable of assisting passengers with reduced mobility
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Must be a Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident
