About the Role

As a Bilingual Customer Care Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in ensuring that all incoming calls, emails, and chats are responded to with the highest levels of professionalism and courtesy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries in both French and English regarding plan information, coverage, status, and eligibility for disability, dental, and extended health care claims.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers, while also resolving complex issues and concerns.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and training to provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements
  • Fluency in English and French, both written and verbal.
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in an inbound contact center or retail environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and navigate multiple computer programs simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
