Insight Global is seeking a Practice Lead to support the Architecture team working with one of our Midstream clients. The successful candidate will lay and maintain the foundation for the business and technology architecture practice while setting the stage for ongoing innovation and opportunities. You will have a clear set of initial tasks designed to build up capabilities, with an eye on developing sustainable, long-term strategies.
This role is located hybrid onsite 3 days/week in Calgary or Houston and will be a 6-month contract to start plus extensions.

-5+ years of experience as a Practise Lead
-Experience in designing and building templates in Sharepoint
-Experience in designing solution blueprints
-Expertise in building risk catalogs
-Ability to communicate and collaborate with high-level stakeholders
-Experience in IT Architecture: demonstrated experience in IT architecture roles
-Project Management Experience: Ability to contribute effectively to complex projects and support their successful completion under the direction of senior leadership.
-Industry Certifications: While not mandatory, certifications in relevant frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman Framework) are beneficial and will be viewed favorably
