About the Role

Carewest Innovative Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Allied Health Practice Lead to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for promoting excellence in Allied Health practice and advancing the field through evidence-based practice, systems leadership, and research.

The successful candidate will have a Master's degree in Occupational or Physical Therapy and a minimum of 10 years of experience in healthcare education, leadership, or professional development. They will also have a strong track record of leading change and improving healthcare outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of Allied Health guidelines and protocols
  • Advise on system change and lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of initiatives
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to advance Allied Health practice and improve healthcare outcomes
  • Provide leadership and guidance to Allied Health teams
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Occupational or Physical Therapy
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in healthcare education, leadership, or professional development
  • Strong leadership and change management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
