How you will make an impact:

  • Design, develop, and deliver interactive and engaging trainings both online and in-person
  • Stay up to date with learning theories, best practices, and trends
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify learning needs and create thorough training material
  • Support internal communications related to Learning & Development
  • Contribute to the continuous evolution of Future Electronic's Learning & Development strategies We're looking for someone with
  • A degree in an education-related field
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in instructional design and adult learning
  • 3 to 5 years of experience creating interactive and engaging e-learning courses (bonus points if you've used Articulate, Adobe, and video editing software)
  • Excellent writing skills who pays close attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills: you are comfortable presenting to colleagues and management It'd be great if you have
  • Experience working with a learning management system (LMS)
