Office Manager

Duties Include:
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the office
- Supervise office staff, including training and performance evaluations
- Ensure efficient and effective workflow within the office
- Coordinate and schedule appointments for patients or clients
- Maintain and update patient or client records using electronic medical records systems
- Handle billing and insurance claims, including AR, verifying coverage and submitting claims
- Manage office inventory and supplies, including ordering and restocking as needed
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations
- Collaborate with other departments or healthcare providers to coordinate patient care
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years experience in a dental office
- Experience with dental claims and predeterminations for implants, crowns, and orthodontics
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead a team effectively
- Knowledge of implant procedures and protocols is a plus
- Proficient in budgeting and financial management principles
- Must be familiar with Tracker
- Understanding of human resources practices, including hiring and employee relations
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and staff
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fastpaced environment

$32.00-$38.00 per hour
